Who would be staying at my property?

Our clients are typically business travelers. All reservations are screened for identification and criminal background. See the deck above for details about the StayBo 3-Step Compliance process to ensure the safety of the community.

Is there any charge for working with you?

If you already have a furnished property that you would like to rent out through Staybo, we will take 25% commission which in most cases will still give you a higher CoC return than if you rent it to a conventional renter. If you prefer us to sign a 12-month lease, we do not charge a fee.

What are some advantages of working with StayBo?

First off we offer free keyless entry, so that only property owners have the key to their property. This ensures that guests have access only for the nights they’re booked to stay. Secondly, after every guest, your property is cleaned by a professional cleaning company. Third you’ll never have to worry about vacancy of your unit because we will rent them perpetually.
